Therefore, you'll get two coffee makers for the price of one, so the cost for two coffee makers is still $80.

Shipping fees: $7.50


Step 2:

$80 + $7.50 = $87.50

Step 1:

Cost of one coffee maker: $100

Discount: 20%

This is 20÷100 x $100 = $20 discount.

So $100 - $20 = $80.


Total cost: $80

Now comparing the two options:


Total cost at Shop A: $87.50 for two coffee makers.
